*nods* This is one of those series where you think there is more to what's
happening, but you just can't put your finger on it until the secrets are
revealed. Of course, there are many things in the plot that give it a nice
"shock factor" as well. I do believe this is a shoujo anime, but it just
doesn't have the feel to it that you would normally expect. It's depressing at
times, and it has a very solemn atmosphere most of the time.

Oy, I see. Well, after a while, I find it easy to read the subtitles and see
what's going on at the same time. I guess it's something a person just gets
used to doing. I used to prefer dubs over subs a long time ago, but now I
mostly watch my anime subbed. ^_^ The Japanese seiyuu are usually much better
than the English VAs. Of course, there are exceptions to this. El Hazard is
one such exception I can think of off the top of my head. ^_^

Well, the ending just didn't seem to satisfy me. I would have liked to have
some things turn out a bit differently. Oh well, you can't win them all. The
story on the whole is very good though, and I think you'll enjoy it if you can
survive the crappy dubbing. ^_~

Ah, I see. Well, "Ceres Celestial Legend" isn't necessarily a bad title, but I
like the other one better. I just fail to see why they felt the need to change
it.

Tsunami-sama. ^_^ Hence my handle, "Tsunami's Knight." I agree with you about
the art work though. It is very lovely. The animation is okay, but I've seen
much better.

http://www.animecornerstore.com/cerleg2.html Well, there are five DVDs
available now. I get the impression that there is one more to come since they
are 78 minutes per volume (I assume that would mean about 4 episodes.) There
are 24 episodes total. Yeah, Yuuhi is pretty much the nice guy though. I
really like him too. Touya . . . well, I understand him because I've seen the
whole series, but I still don't like him all that well. There's nothing I can
pinpoint as to explain why though. Aya . . . well, I don't really want to
spoil

anything, but she doesn't seem to do anything but obsess over a certain guy.

Oy, I find that I usually don't agree with canon couples for some odd reason.
No, it isn't just because it's expected, but there just always seems to be a
person that you want to see end up with <insert main character here> more than
the one who does. At least that's beem my experience. Well, it was pretty
obvious who the TV Tenchi was going to end up with after TMIL 2, but we've yet
to see what happens in the OVA series. I've become neutral in the "love
triangle" of him, Ryoko, and Ayeka. Of course, I hope he doesn't go with
option

"C" (whoever that maybe) though.
