Cowboy Bebop is an excellent anime (though I've only seen the CN Adult
Swim edit, (I've got the uncut dvds on order)). The animation is
outstanding, especially for a tv series, the quality of characters and
the plot are great and it uses action, drama, mystery and comedy very
well, both individually and in combination. It can be fairly violent at
times, the dialogue can be somewhat coarse on occaision and in it's uncut
version, there is some mild nudity (nothing worse from the Tenchi OVA
from what I've heard). It's being run mildly cut (atleast compared to
other edited anime) on Cartoon Network as part of there "Adult Swim"
animation block. Catch it at midnight on sundays and thursdays, and/or
get the videos or dvds.
