It may still be available in Japanese bookstores and those stores that
are on-line.  But it is only in Japanese.  No legal translated copies
exist, including on the web!  So, don't ask for a web copy, and don't
offer them (trying to cut this crap out before it starts again).
We don't wish to      off Pioneer or AIC by doing so.

I have a copy of the Japanese book, that I am willing to sell, but not
cheaply.  If you are seriously interested, contact me direct.  Don't
