be over. Shows get boring when you see them over and over again, so I
wouldn't be surprised at all if CN shows some totally different animes
this year. I know DB and DBZ are mainstays, but there's always going to
be one or two time slots they have to fill( or maybe CN will cut ANOTHER
hour off Toonami, which I doubt ).They're showing DB supposedly because
they want to show DBGT after DBZ ends, but in the very beginning of GT a
villain from the original DB does something integral to the whole series
- wish for Gokou to be young again. GT will therefore probably air a year
or two from now, which leave openings this year for some"new" animes.
I've even heard  that Evangelion( I saw some of it for the first time
this past summer, and I was pretty impressed ) may make a run on CN. Of
course, unless it's on Adult Swim, half of it will get left on the
cutting room floor............in any case I'm actually pretty exciteted
about this upcoming CN season( even though they're showing the extremely
disappointing Majin Buu saga on DBZ starting Sept. 10 ).
