    As for legality or illegality... There is a pirate country on Earth
and it's name is not Jurai ^_^. Most software in Russian is illegal.
Nearly all anime and manga is copied from other casettes or discs or
downloaded. First reason is that anime (besides SM and Pokemon) and
manga are not distributed legally in Russia, so copying of it is not a
crime. Second is different price levels in Russia and other countries
($200 is good month wages here).

    By the way, do you know that ALL fanfictions, fanart, screenshots
and artbook scans in the net is illegal? But there can't be otaku
world community without them.
