Here's the deal: Friday afternoon, I was working on some weather charts in
the office, and had just gotten finished watching a very boring episode of
DBZ. Tenchi was the next in line, I came back in from observations and was
listening to what was going when, out of the blue, I heard Ryoko say "damn."
Can't tell you how quick my head jerked up in shock. I'd heard Heero of
Gundam Wing say "damn" before, but that was at midnight, and the ads had
spoken that it was to be the uncut version. However, the ads didn't say
squat about the Tenchi series being like that... And this was at 1700
(5:00) in the afternoon, when all the kiddies are home from school to see
it. My concerns are

A) not that cussing is really as bad as people make it out to be, but does a
network that revolves are children viewers really the people to give the
approval stamp on this?

B) Did the censors just go on the fritz for two seconds?
