  As far as the Light Hawk Wings bit goes, there's no indication that 
anyone
  not presently on Jurai (plus Yosho) is even aware that she can create 
the
  wings.  Washu may know or suspect (probably), but she's never hinted 
at it.
  As for why she hasn't gotten the other two back from Tenchi?
  Since it hasn't been mentioned even in passing in any of the episodes, 
I
  really can't say.  Maybe Ryoko feels that if she keeps bugging Tenchi 
about
  them she'll annoy him and push him further away.  Maybe Tenchi figures 
that
  having a mischivious oni, with the power to do just about anything, 
hanging
  around the house is a bad idea.  Maybe Ryoko figured it would help her 
cause
  with Tenchi if she 'earned' them back from him.
  At any rate, no one knows.

  I'll say this, and perhaps I misunderstood the episode.  The episode 
is Here comes Jurai.  Episode 13 I believe.  In any case yosho and his 
mother were discussing this.  Since ryoko can pass through the Juari 
Defenses, her powers are of Jurai Origin.  Check back to it and let me 
know.  Matter of fact it was yosho's mother who instigated the idea, and 
yosho figured it out.
