I use it for practically everything.  A lot of number
crunching, Word Processing, audio work, CD-Mastering,
and image processing.
Anytime I step out of the Adobe group of programs,
little instabilities begin to show up.  Most involved
the Finder (not the programs) destabilizing.  Often
locking up all input except the mouse, or a complete
freeze.
This doesn't happen much right now, unless it's
connected with internet stuff.  This is one reason I'm
looking forward to X.  I was also planning on doing
some server stuff if I got rich, but it looks like
that's out for the near future (spending too much on
anime recently).

3-4fps for a game.  Holy crap, that sucks.  Since I
can get 30fps full screen off of MPEG-2
(decompression, decoding, and expansion) that really
boggle the mind.  (1024x768?)
