OK, manga vol.4, ch.22, p.40, the Mito Kouman story, Minagi declared
she wanted to star Yashichi, then promptly teleport away.

Vol.4, ch.24, p.106-107, Minagi teleported twice during the arrest 
of the Tenchi gang on Yatsuka.
