I didn't know there were three different voices.  When do we hear
the "Humanoid Ryououki"?

Anyways, it seems to me that the Ryououki in the Pretty Sammy OAV
dub is a new voice.  (and did I mention that it's perfect? ;)

You'll be relieved to know that they used different voices in the
dub as well.  As to whether the new Ryououki's voice is male or
female... it's not especially easy to determine this.  It could
easily be either :).
