I watched Pretty Sammy OVA. IMO, the rating is "middle"

-the scription. Scenario writer didn't think of this OVA as the joke plan.

<synopsis>
One day, Sasami KAWAI,the ordinaly elementary school girl, meets Tsunami.
Tsunami is the candidate of the queen of the magical land "JURAIHERUMU".
She give the magical power to Sasami, and order to make the world happy.
Sasami dislike the transforming to magical girl (because magical girl's 
cloths is curious^_^), but, The other candidate of the queen, Ramia, 
summons the evil magical girl to disturb Tsunami's magical girl. and the 
evil magical girl is.........
