Or maybe a 3rd party? The reason for Tenchi's creation, and the reason why 
Washu and Tsunami "left" wherever they were originally from.  Or maybe the 
3rd party is Tenchi.  Something like Luna from Lunar: Silver Star Story, 
maybe? Nah, that's going a little too far......Or is it?
