Spoilers for the novels.

Again, this is consistant w/ the OVA series, where she is in worship of
Yousho for quite a while. That is why I like the novels so much, the
extend the dynamics of the OVA series.

My understanding is that Aeka did it as much for her father (who has
the purple hair) as for Yousho (who liked his mom's hair). As for Yousho/
Funaho, we have always known that something is not quite kosher there
from the fact that he named his spaceship after her.

One child per 266.6666667
years.


As for misaki, that was more the fact that Misaki was interested in him. 
Also, remember that Eiri
and Yousho had minaho before he left jurai, and never wed, Kasumi and 
Yousho had Nobuyuyki's
ancestor 650 years before whoever was Kiyone's mom.
