Oh, you only saw one episode.  In that case, I'll forgive your bad
judgement.  Just kidding.  Psyduck only uses his psychic powers when the
other pokemon beats on his head.  Psyduck's headache gets bigger, his
eyes start to glow. and the power within is unleashed.    Kinda scary if
I didn't know it was Psyduck.  Is Bird Thingy a new pokemon? :)
