Since no one has really ranted about MPS yet, I will.  my MPS vol#2 was
delivered on Friday nad I manted to knock off 2 eps on Sunday, so far I've
seen ep#1,6,7 in the English release.  #1-8 raw.

First off, what really peaves me is during the opening sequence, on the
shot where is says in Mahou Shoujo Pretty Samy, underneath, it says,
"Magical Project S".  Again, it might be an appropiate title for the
English release, but that is now what the Japanese language characters say.
 If they would ahve put it on a different portion of the opening clip I
woudlnt have minded, but the title doesn't xlated to Magical project S.

What else is disappointing is that no where on the box does it say, vol#2
(just like the TiT volumes).  This may tick off the collectors, but then
again, Pioneer is trying to mass market, so the unsuspecting victim will
pick up vol#X but not realize the volume they picked up is in the middle of
the story.  If I were to arrage the MPS, TiT and even the FY tapes on my
shelf, I woudln't kow which tape came first cause there are no numbers.
When I went to order TiT form KenCranes, I acutally tried to order two
volumes ahead of release.  Why?  they didn't have volume numbers, and I
thought that was tht title for vol#1.  If they can give volume numbers to
movies with 1 sequel, why not a 26 epsisode series over 7 volumes?

as for hte story.. it's what I had expected, funny, cheesy, parody, it's
great!  I love it.

Picture quality, horrible.  Either my VCR is degrading(which it is, it's
only 2 years old!) or hte tape reproduction just blows.  I think my older
Tenchi OAV tapes are better quality.

I've really been unhappy about how they released TiT and MPS.  Pioneer will
definately not get my vote for best distributor this year at AX99.
