Please stay away from DIVX players ---TenchiMP. I've heard a LOT of bad things
about this type of player.  You can go several ways when it comes to DVD players.

You can buy a player which you can modify to play Region 2 or you can buy a
computer DVD player and change the region coding through the software.  I just saw

that Volume 2 of Shin Tenchi will be available on DVD(unlessed delayed) in
February!! Anime DVD is the way to go---I just got Bubblegum Crisis---all 8
episodes on DVD today.
