How do you change the Microsoft Windows opening graphic? I still
have Windows 3.1 (yes, I've resisted upgrading, because my system may not be
able to handle such a large program). I would like to change the
tenchi2.rle to the opening startup screen (blue, rectangular that says
Microsoft Windows Version 3.1), but I can't seem to get it to change. What
file do I have to rename it to? Or what setting do I have to change? I
need help. Any fellow Windows 3.1 users out there? Thanks.

                Chad K.
