Uh, MORE powerful?? I thought it was established that with all three gems,
Ryouko would be of SIMILAR power to Tenchi, and MAY be able to produce LHW's??
If she was more powerful, I doubt it would be by much...

Still, since it's been hinted at in the current OAV's, I'd think we would see
Ryouko sporting LHW's in a third OAV series, or at least kicking some serious
behind alongside Tenchi.
