Wrong. Shin TM is an entirely new continuity. There's an episode
where they show how everyone came to earth and it's different from
both the TV and OAV series.

The PS music video is incompatible with both the PS TV and OAV continuity.

The main question is: what kind of relation are the arrows in your diagram
supposed to show?

If it's "continues the storyline" then it's not true (TV1 doesn't continue
OAV1). "inspired by" could work (except for Shin TM), but that's a pretty
fuzzy thing.
