I went by a gaming store in Rowland Heights, CA today and they had Shin
Tenchi VCD.  the VCD is the same cover as Shin Tenchi LD #1 but the VCD
contains ep#1-3.

it is distributed by a companyin called Shin Yin or something like that.  I
think it's a pirate since the cover looks like it is ink jet printed.  The
VCD was Japanese dialogue with Chinese subtitle.  The VCD said it was
licensed from Shogagukan IIRC, but shouldn't the licence come from AIC or
Pioneer LDC?
