this may be late but I missed Thursday.  to the right of the registration,
there is a large 3 sided plywood structure.  There are several flyers
posted to it.  the flyer said to meet int he Sushi bar on Thurs around 8:30
and that if you've missed it, they will meet again, Sat 12noon at the Cafe.
 Apparently I went there and missed hte board since it was hehind the line
to pre-reg nad I wasn't pre-reged.

and BTW, Pioneer has a spot on Sat.  I've never been to an Anime
convention.  What will they do?  just show vids?  answer questons?  press
release?
