I haven't seen episode 26 (the last one) yet...
Maybe she's not dead... maybe she'll be okay.. maybe
we'll see another Sailor Moon ending..
But that last scene of hers....

How did she die?
Ans: Major ass battle damage. (loss of alot of blood)
