Good question!  it's came up a lot too.  I'm very knowleged on the topic

Images and movie clips?   probably not.  But when people start releasing =
MP3s and game emulations, definetely!

If people release MP3s and Game Emulations, then it's as simple as =
opening their web browser to get the stuff for free!  They don't have to =
buy the CD to hear the song at CD quality.  And even though game =
emulations are crappy, it's just one more thing they could have made =
money out of.

SO, you can see how they would be a little itchy about that.  If you =
look closer, you'll find that there only going after things like that, =
and not really towards the page itself.
