I just watched the second Tenchi movie.  I have one thing to say.

F***ING FREAKY!

The first movie was much better as far as animation goes.  Also had 
more time to develope a plot line.  Don't get me wrong it was pretty 
good, but I didn't think it as good as the first as far as those 
points  went.

 Don't know where people get the idea of a Katsuhito and Washuu 
romance.  Didn't see anything like that.  Or even a Kiyone and 
Nobiyuki one.  They were just talking; it happens between men and 
women occasionally.

Katsuhito had a legit reason to talk to Washuu; probably brought her 
food as an excuse to the others.  At least that's what it looked like 
to me.  The brain freeze was kind of amusing.

Did any of you see some of the stuff Yazuha made Mayuka do?!  Jezze, 
I like lemons, but that stretches even my boundaries.  What few I 
have.

As for the Sasami thing; who knows?  She was making a statement of 
fact.  At the time they didn't know who Mayuka's mother was.  
Wheather she was implying anything is open to debate.  Wait a minute; 
we did that already.

As for any connection to the OAV series; based on yes.  A part, no.  
Way too many inconsistencies; it would take someone really reaching 
and I mean REACHING to connect those.  Watch the movie and see what I 
mean.

That's my two cents.  Take it for what it's worth.  As for me I'm 
going to go twitch for awhile.  I'm still wierded out.
