First off I would like to rename this discussion.  It has gone a 
little beyond the TMIL thing it started as.

I do think she made him.  Manipulating bloodlines to make him.  Kind 
of like in the book Dune where they were trying to make the Universes 
super being.  Just my opinion.

Your right.  We don't know what she's after.  According to Sasami's 
dream she wants Tenchi.  She definately wants Washuu and the shadow 
behind her resembling Tsunami is a little too coiincidental for my 
liking.  But we don't know exactly why.  A lot of people seem to 
think she wants all that is (I'm one of them) so I base my opinions 
on that.   What I meant by challenging her may have been a little too 
vaugue.  I meant that she didn't challenge her directly because 
Tokimi DID have the power to thwart her.  Otherwise it would be like 
me plotting against Galactus.  He'd squash us like a bug no matter 
what we did and I'm not as good a schemer as Thanos; nor am I as 
powerful.

If you want a demonstration of power; check out the galaxy she's 
toting around.  That enough power for you?

About being screwed:  If Tenchi attempts to fight Tokimi with normal 
wings and she is as powerful if not more so than Tsunami; he's dead.

MST's are alot of fun.   Don't take them too seriously William 
Johnson.  For example I love Transformers the Movie (if you can't 
tell by some of my quotes) and when the recycled virgins did their 
MST of it I laughed so hard I was rolling on the floor.  It's just 
having fun, nothing personal, it's not even business.

BTW:  If I interperated your statement correctly did you really like 
those stories of mine?  If so thank you!

Tomar:  I wasn't overlooking it exactly, I was just stating that if 
Tenchi only had three and say Tokimi had twenty; and his were 
'normal' wings he was dead.

In any case I hope this doesn't end like Mortal Kombat: Annihilation 
with the mortals fighting it out and the gods having set some kind of 
weird contest (the gods being Tsunami, Washuu, and Tokimi.  The 
fighters being Tenchi, Ryouko, and possibly D3).  That would make me 
give up right there.
