A major portion of the Avatar theory is that Tenchi is Tsuanmi's
fighter and Ryoko is Washu's.  I agree Tenchi's job is more than
boy toy. ^_^

The fact that a walking person has a power that is usually used
to shield starships is not something to over look. ^_^

The ship is just the best way she can move around the universe
in her current condition.  Mobility is always a problem as a
rooted plant. ^_^
