Tenchi himself as a weapon.  She obviously made him for some 
specific reason (and despite all those fanfics out there that say 
otherwise; I don't think he was made as her own personal boy toy).  

As for Tokimi's power; just a guess (I don't see Tsunami challenging 
her, if she were about to bust up my universe I would, even though I 
would get vaped in a microsecond, but you get the idea).  As for the 
wings I remember reading something like that too.  What I was meaning 
was what exactly was he doing?  Are they some kind of 'upgraded' 
wings; more powerful than the original?  Something else entirely, 
perhaps even more powerful?  'Cause if those are regular wings 
they're screwed, unless Tsunami's got an ace in the hole she's not 
telling us about.

From what I understand the ship is just an extension of Tsunami 
herself.

BTW:  Don Euclid I'm in no hurry.  Just wondering if you were up for 
the idea, cause yours were some of the funniest I have ever seen.  If 
you want them they're yours to slaughter.
