Well, I found another one. This time it's in TV episode #1. After ya seek Mihoshi

in her battle armor type thing, go chasing after Tenchi and Ryoko, it goes to a
seen where Nobuyuki is walking up the stairs to get to his house. If ya look at
it carefully, YOU CAN SEE RIGHT THROUGH HIM! Yes, you can see the edges of the
stairs passing right through his clothes and even his head.  Nobuyuki the ghost!
