Yuzuha was probably responsible for the deaths of countless people.
Anyone would have wanted to bring her in. Of course, being with Yosho (the
crown prince of Jurai) at the time easily caught the attention of the
Emperor (or anyone high up for that matter). What would you do if your
child (or prince) has been discovered playing with one of the most-wanted
felon in the country? Also what makes you so certain that it's Misaki and
not Azusa for ordering her death?

Didn't Yuzuha say that the LHWs were just all theatrics? If they were
real, Ryoko's energy blade probably wouldn't have been a match for
Mayuka's. Wasyu's tests merely (to date) "proved" that the genes of a
person who can generate LHW isn't any different from a normal person's.
Besides, did she ever really get to those sperm samples she was looking
for? ^_- Also, when Kagato was "questioning" Aeka in Kagato Attacks!,
didn't he mention something along the line, "Tsunami is protecting her
bloodline, in that case..." If not by genetics, how is the control of LHWs
passed down? What are the requirements?

Do you mean Yuzuha's world is a counterpart to the planet of Jurai or the
universe Tenchi lives in?

I am a little confused here -- a candidate for what? To choose between
light and darkness? Or have power of control in those realms? Perhaps
Tsunami (and Tokimi and Wasyu) have power in that realm because she reigns
over the universe (of this dimension that may include the world Yuzuha 
lives in) as a goddess, thereby giving her absolute powers.

Indeed. It was certainly a very cool movie, no wonder it did better than
TMiL! ^_^
