Hi, if someone is REALLY good with this PC stuff, I need your help!  I 
have TWO MAJOR errors that are "sort of" screwing up my computer...  One is 
when I click the icon "show desktop" (IE 4.0), I get a error that says 
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this 
computer.  Please contact your system administrator."   And my other error 
is this, "ODBC can't load the resource \WINDOWS\"...  If you have any clue 
about how to fix these problems, PLEASE e-mail ASAP, thank you.....
