Yes, it is an extension of Visual Basic that is implemented on the WWW.  If
you aren't using windows... are you just using TEXT based browser then?
What the .asp file does is eliminates the problem of bad code.  It writes
the HTML for you on the server side and then sends it down to the visitor.

I totally agree with you.  That's one thing that I strive for at Usagi.com
keeping things straight forward and to the point.  Easily navigatable.  Too
many images for one to download is also a pain.  Layout needs to be
pleasing to the eye. I use JAVA in one spot of Usagi.com and I am thinking
of removing it completely.  The images rotate on the front page.
