Even if it doesn't edit it, people will get the wrong idea if its on PBS.
Here is a sample of a what might happen:


Anime Fan: I've got to get home. Tenchi Muyo will be starting soon.

Other Guy: You watch that stuff?

A.F. : Yeah! I love it.

O.G. : But, that's a children's show!

A.F. : No, it isn't!

O.G. : Yes it is. It's a cartoon they show on PBS. My friend's kids watch it 
       all the time.

A.F. : Whatever. You should check it out.

O.G. : I don't watch children's shows. I grew out of that stuff a long time    
      ago

A.F. : Your loss. (walks off)

Second Guy: Who was that?

O.G. : Some guy, I think there's something wrong with him, he still likes
       to watch cartoons.

S.G. : (nods.)

A few days later..

Taunting guy (who heard about A.F. from the others.): Hey! Weirdo! Hurry home 
or you'll miss your little kiddie shows!
