The point is that by airing Tenchi they are ruining Tenchi's image.  The
point wasn't under what guise they are playing Tenchi.  The point was people
will associate Tenchi with PBS.  Everyone knows PBS sucks and they may
associate Tenchi with PBS thereby ruining Tenchi's image.

Time slot doesn't matter it ruins the image just being on the channel.
