Publishing of any copyrighted documents without the agreement of the
copyright
holder is illegal. That include music track from anime. Whatever the
format
it is stored in. AIC explicitly asked people not to put music track of
their
anime on web sites (they also asked to remove them from several site).
They
prefere to provide themselves samples from those musics which can be
downloaded
from http://www.anime-int.com/
