You can also try the following:
SuperCollector- http://www.supercollector.com
Books Nippan- 1-800-427-6100
(20% off if you're a member of their anime fan club, 12$ for a 1
year
          membership)
Planet Anime- http://www.neosoft.com/~planet
AnimePlus- http://www.animeplus.com

Personally, I prefer Books Nippan right now because of the 20% off deal. As
far as I can tell, buy a good load of stuff to gain some benefits of the
discount and choose RPS (they said 2 week delivery, but I got mine in 1), and
IMO it's a good deal. But their staff are (I believe) mostly Japanese, so
you can expect some communications difficulty until they decide to transfer
you to an english speaking sales rep.
As for AnimePlus, they were responsive of my questions (even suggested that I
don't buy a particular CD because it was more dialogue then music).
Planet Anime used to be *very* responsive via email, but for some reason
stopped replying to my order status. They do make a run to Japan to special
purchase stuff, but overall competent and flexable.
Lastly, SuperCollector, don't really know what to say about them. Though you
have to ask them to make sure if the CD you want is in stock and/or if it's
either a Son May, domestic, or import version.

Hope this helps.
