Here's a question that has plagued myself and my friends for 
sometime - in the Tenchi Special (The Night Before the Carnival) Washu 
"borrows" Tenchi for some scientific experiments. At one point she dons a 
 nurses outfit to get a special sample. At that time in the background 
can be heard a fanfare (ba bah bah bun) and then some dialogue, what is 
being said here? It's the same on both the Japanesse and English audio 
tracks, but it is not displayed on the Laserdisc's subtitles. On the disc 
it is around time code 15600. Please help!
