Basically it is a movie version of the tenchi muyo story (really basically)

the way I understand it the tenchi universe experiences a problem in 
space time and suddenly the GP no longer exsist except for mihoshi who 
was protected by a force field that washu was installing on the tenchi 
household

Tenchi has to go back in time to say the galaxy police and meets is MOM!!!!!

also tenchi finally falls in love with a normal girl much to the disgust 
of ayeka and ryouko  *small wonder*  from what I understand this girl is 
supposedly normal in every way!


Finally, this is supposed to be released sometime in april according to

one of the japanese articles I read sometime around the 20th

but I suspect it may be pushed back to may for some reasons  I can't 
elaborate on.  ^^;;
