"Tenchi Muyo in Love" is not a new OVA.  It's a movie that will be coming out 
in Japan.  Exactly when, I'm not too sure.  There are both quicktime and AVI
movies showing clips from it.  And you can go to the japanese home page that 
has some info (that is if you can read japanese).  The URL is:
