Yes it does, *Sigh* I have to get the synopsyses of 4-6 up on my web page, as
well as the new Manatsu no Eve info I just got. (Not to mention the really
cool
picture of Sakuya and Tenchi together in a phone booth).

Can I put this on my web page?

Hey Pixi, is what another poster said about there being an alternate
continuity introduced in 7&8 true?

Pixi said:
Tenchi is doing a bit of spring cleaning. At the beginning, his apartment is
a mess (looks frightenly like my place does every once in a while ^_^;;).=
But he collects all the magazines and ties them together in stacks, fills up
several trash bags, washes a HUGE pile of dishes (built up over the course of
several weeks no doubt), cleans the toilet, etc. When Tenchi is finished
cleaning up, he then sits down to a nice satisfying cup of tea. That's when
the phone rings, it's Sasami she sounds upset and cries "Save me!"

Comments: Was he cleaning up because Sakuya was coming over?

Hmm, Interesting. Boy, Shin Tenchi really dosen't pull any punches with it's
continued villification of Aeka and Ryouko (I assume Mihoshi and Kiyonne are
not in here, and I would be suprised if Washu is).

This is the first _strong_ breakup of the family, Sasami against the rest.

In another place, Yuugi is apparently monitoring the proceedings. She say's an
interesting girl has come and wonders if Sasami will play with her. She will
>invite Sasami to her world. She then calls for Tsugaru ( a feminine looking

Ehhh, Nani? WHow boy, Yuugi is really beggining to throw me here. Target three
of Yuugi is Sasami (one and two are Sakuya and Tenchi in reverse order). Come
to think of it Yuugi's design has allways been a littly young just masked by
the thing. This gives crecidence to my growing belief that yuugi is not the
big enemey Tenchi is going to face.

And Tenchi made this comment without Blushing?

Hmm, allready Yuugi has noticed something strange about Sasami, on top
of that, Sasami notices first, not Tenchi.

Hmm, this is the first chance to see Yuugi focus on one character (even in
episode 4, there is both Sakuya and Tenchi).

So far Ryo-oh-ki has had a very powerfull negitive reaction to both
Homutsu and Tsugaru.

Once again, Sakuya operating at a key moment of Yuugi's operation.

Kamisama! ....... This is far more complex in terms of Symbolism then any
of the Tenchi OVA's. Hmm, I wonder if somehow Sakuya has the same time
of friend relationship to Yuugi that Sasami has to Tenchi. This is all
very faked mind you, and is the best villianny since Kagato.

This is something that IMHO, Shin Tenchi has been doing better then the
OVA's or
TenchiTV (But not TMiL), mixing commedy with serious plot line.

Whoa, where to start. Yuugi is clearly lying, or is she? There is a
classic good criminal bad criminal thing at work here, a lot of yuugi's
stuff depends on imagination, for instance the stupid monsters at the
beggining.

>In the courtyard, we see Tenchi startled by something Sakuya has just said.
>Sakuya is looking down at her feet. The shot pulls back and we see Tenchi say
>something to Sakuya but we can=92t hear what is said. Sakuya then runs

>Tenchi looks upset.

No Sound for this part, dramatic showcasing? Do both Sasami and Yuugi see
this?
Foreshadowing for the entire series?

>There is a slash and the music box falls to the ground, the two figures

Ok, this is interesting, unfortunitly I think it is a spoof on the
Pixy Misa thingie, but only Yuugi knows. Yuugi has had far too
many sinister laughs at this point for her to be good.

>Tenchi then runs up, saying how worried he had been. Sasami introduces Tenchi

>

Oh, first foreshadowing of the impending doom, and it is given to Sasami?

Tenchi looks at the music box, listening to the music and remembers his
conversation with Sakuya. She asked him to go steady with her. He tells her
>he isn't in a position to do that right now and that he's sorry So it's no
>I guess", she says. He cries out "No! It's just ," but Sakuya is already
>running away crying.
>

Gentlemen, we are off to the races.......
If Yuugi is manipulating Tenchi, she is being far more subtle about it here.

>Back to the present, Yuugi says "See you later!" to Sasami and runs off,
>leaving Tenchi and Sasami standing in front of the place where the shop used

"Every now and then, be nice to your enemey, if confuses the living hell
out of
them" - Rule of Aqusition 103(I may have the number wrong).

Hmm, I wonder how long and permenent this breakup between Tenchi and Sakuya
is, at least 2 episodes, and when Tenchi does have another date, Ryouko screws
it up......

I love shin Tenchi
