No, there were just made by AIC. The original price on those grey
ones were 1200 yen or something --- how expensive were they being

Pioneer hands-down has the best English dubbing for anime releases,
IMHO. And the little surprise snippet at the end of OVA 12 & 13
only continues to demonstrate their commitment to their fans. Maybe
the American marketing hype is bigger for the dubbed Sailor Moon,
but it isn't enough to make me a fan --- the Japanese series is
*far* more interesting! ^_^
