Er. Well, the first Tenchi Muyo I saw (TMIL!) was rented and, therefore, a
dub (Blockbuster gets dubs whenever possible, except for the one near me,
which is an oddity -- they also rent laser discs and unrated horror
movies, go figure). I really enjoyed one or two bits of the dub acting
(especially Tenchi laughing, and laughing, and laughing, and then saying
quietly: "That was funny.") but even then I knew that some of the voices
seemed wrong for the characters they went with (Ryoko and Washu; KT Vogt
is pretty much the best voice actor on the cast but just *wrong* for
someone so cute).

I enjoy the subs much much better; they have excellent voice acting on all
counts. (I especially like hearing a voice from good ol' KOR again.)
