Well, it's not "Misaki" Aeka, that's for sure..

"Marugoto Aeka" loosely translated means "The Complete Aeka"..  the full
title of the book is "Tenchi Muyou! Character Book Marugoto Aeka."

I don't know about the TV series, but at least in the OVAs, Aeka's full name
is "Masaki Aeka."
