I'm pretty sure there are some FTP sites out there, I'm not sure which 
though.  If you mail soj@ranma.net (it doesn't matter what you put in the 
body), you can get "Star of Jurai".  In fact, if you mail ftp@ranma.net, 
you can get a listing of available fanfics, but that's the only Tenchi 
Muyo! one there.
