Check the audio.  Some idiots have been putting uncompressed audio in the files...
Not a bright idea for fansubs.
If it's not the audio making it that big, then they are F'n idiots.
I encode both live and animated material (crossed more than 4000 encodes of greater
than 20 minutes two months ago), and the only time you should get sizes like that
in 720p, is if the ENTIRE episode is both grainy AND has snow and rain effects
throughout!
