well i sent 2 emails back on sunday i think it is and i still havent gotten anything
back. I used the productconcerns@FUNimation.com address since its the only one i could
find ont he stite. Im really not sure what other contact method i could use. I
see no manned feedback option that you keep mentioning

This is kinda ridiculous. I think i may just return the DVD's and not bother with
replacements at all. I'll probably just d.load the fansubs. Kinda lame that i tried
to buy the legal version and it was so messed up, and the cutomer service was so
poor that i had to go back to fansubs. Like i said this makes me seriuosly worried
about what they will do with the Tenchi re-release. I'll probably just stick to my
VHS tapes

that address by googling it, i couldnt' find anything on their site, or a manned feedback
form as you say

did see several reviewers talk about a 'grain' on the picture so im guessing its Funimations
entire release, which is why i brought this up. Im worried something similar

else's license. I wouldn't wanna see the onsen scene with a cruddy grain all over
it like in those pics i linked

never did buy the original Tenchi OVA's or mihoshi special. I just had them on old
school VHS. I do have the TV series, and the new Ryo-ohki OVA's though
