=0A> There's also another group that started fansubbing the=0A> episodes, b
ut I can't remember what their name is.=A0=0A> They also jumped into it mid
-schedule and are missing at=0A> least some of the earlier episodes.=0A=0AI
'm hoping to see some good encoding, as well. I'm getting very tired of 50
0MB files and really crappy encodes. Especially .mkv packages which haven'
t been assembled correctly.=0A=0ASeriously, H.264 has been out for quite a
while now, and no anime should be 500MB, even if at full HD (1920x1080), un
less there is continuous rain or snow effects through the whole episode. R
aw audio might explain it, but I haven't seen a single giant mkv with raw a
udio.=0AI'm seriously getting pissed because many sub groups don't pay atte
ntion to "the fans," and only QC their eps on their modern Windows machine.
I can't actually watch anime any more, if it's in matroska with soft-sub,
even with VLC... and my Mac is faster than most PCs out there (Dual 2.5Ghz
, with vector, which is faster than Core2Duo 2.53Ghz). I've even tried sev
eral shows at our anime club *ON* a windows machine, and they stall, stutte
r, and the subs are all messed up. I got a real kick out of the one, where
the "linked" OP caused what looked like hex-dumps to run throughout the ep
isode. Guess it'd thrill the die-hard hackers in the room. ^_^=0A=0A=0A
