A fan-sub for episode 2 has been released by Zone-Anime.  You can either get it off
of their web site, or you can grab it from Tokyo Toshokan.  According to what they've
stated, they're skipping episode 1 for now (I'm not sure if they'll go back to it

later) because it's already been done (i.e. the Sora fansub).  But it looks as if
they intend to do the rest of the series.
