If it's up on AnimeSuki, it can only max out to an equivalent of "R" or "TV-MA." 
I think the hardest material ever up (pun intended) was "The World of MonkeyPunch:
Alice" and "Kodomo no Jikan."  The last is the TV series, NOT the 7-ep OVA.
