I've been unicode compliant since about 1998 or so (including page encodes), but for
some reason, even 'til today, Yahoo isn't handling things correctly. Some get through,
some don't, but for some reason... no matter what I set the new "pull-down
menu" to, I cannot send kanji outbound, at all. And it's not a function of the browser.
So, I'm pretty sure it's the Yahoo interface. I may be switching to gmail, if it's
good with that and several other things (especially spam blocking, since many
ML messages are getting bounced as spam now, and I cannot possibly even begin to read
over 1000 pieces of spam per day ^_^ )
