Thanks for the information and links.    I was going to be going to a Japanese Festival
in Edgewater, NJ, yesterday, but the person driving pulled out at the last second,
so I can't pick the magazine up, unless a local super-chain decides to carry it
(not going to pay for shipping which is twice the cost of the magazine, especially
after shipping from Japan has already been tacked on).

I'm guessing there was some kanji in the URL?

Yahoo has finally added an encoding selection to some of their mail pages, but it
doesn't work.  I still can't believe they don't default to unicode.
